We offer flexible, transparent pricing based on your specific hiring needs. Here’s how it works:

1. Direct Hire Placements

Fee: 25%–30% of the role’s annual salary.

How It’s Determined:

Easier, more common roles are closer to 25%.

Hard-to-fill or niche roles may be 30%.

Long-Term Savings: For ongoing partnerships or multiple hires, rates may decrease over time.

2. Contract Positions

Fee: 50%–70% markup on the position’s hourly rate.

Example:

If the hourly rate is $20, you’ll pay $30–$34/hour.

What’s Included:

Payroll taxes and costs.

Candidate sourcing, vetting, and onboarding.

Time tracking and management.

3. Fractional Recruiting

Fee: Monthly flat rate of $5,000–$10,000 for 3–6 months.

What You Get:

A dedicated recruiter working part-time as an extension of your team.

Support for up to 5 roles at a time.

Ideal For: Businesses hiring multiple positions or scaling quickly over a few months.
