Jeremy O’Dell has been with USA Field Services since its creation, serving in a variety of positions from safety and compliance to HR. He previously worked with Earth as a landman and project manager.
Jeremy handles the daily interaction with employees to resolve all issues and ensure they have everything they need to perform the job to the highest level of capabilities.
“What I love most about my job is helping people with their problems. Providing solutions and putting them at ease when they don’t know what to do. Just being someone they can talk to when they are having a hard time and need to vent.”
Jeremy is a major sports fan, soccer is his favorite. He enjoys exploring new parks and trails with his girlfriend, Natalie, and their dog, Bob. He recently found a love for golf the last few years, but can never play enough.
